Our SiltPrison 160D model treats for suspended solids and gross particulates through a combination of a coarse screen, filtration and extension of stormwater detention time within catch basins. Water flows freely into the drain at street level through a trash screen to the bottom of the basin. Pressure head forces untreated stormwater to pass through a graduated woven filtration mesh before reaching the outlet, thus allowing zero bypass of untreated water.
