We are happy to announce that we will be holding four informal breakfast info sessions and product tours for the SiltPrison stormwater treatment system. The breakfasts are free and attendees will be eligible to receive 1 Professional Development Hour for their participation. The breakfast will be hosted at the Andover Inn on the campus of Phillips Academy in Andover, MA.
Each breakfast will take about 45 minutes, during which we’ll share a short presentation describing the system, which offers many advantages over what is routinely specified. At the end of each breakfast, there will be about 15 minutes for questions, followed by a tour of one of two areas in Andover in which these systems were recently installed and are currently being used. Site one is the Doherty Middle School, just a short walk away from the Inn, which includes installations of our sediment treating SiltPrisons. The second site is Taylor Cove, a condominium subdivision, utilizing SiltPrison stormwater treatment as a method for harvesting stormwater for later irrigation use.
Massachusetts and New Hampshire civil engineers, town engineers, DPW directors, and conservation agents are all encouraged to learn more about the SiltPrison’s benefits and features.
